A. Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling.
All in stock standard orders with UPS Express shipping placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Any backordered items placed with UPS Express shipping will ship via selected express method upon receipt or completion. Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United States or to non-U.S. APO/FPO addresses.
Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. ALTR Golf can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
Initial pre-orders will be shipped approximately 4 weeks after the purchase date.
A. We want everyone to play their best golf possible, and we know it takes a few rounds, range sessions, and outings to feel the difference ALTR Golf can make in your game. With our risk-free trial and return policy, you can try ALTR’s clubs at your local muni – pressure free (besides the first tee).
We believe you should have the ability to try our clubs on the range before you decide if you like them, and that can take time. We offer a 30-day risk free trial on all clubs, and if you’re not 100% in love after the first 30-days, returns are free and easy.
Timing: we have a 30-day Return Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, the reason for the return, and pictures of the clubs.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
